Phil won some tickets to the Ice Sculpture display at the National Harbor of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." The concept is pretty cool, they do numerous ice sculptures in different colors and then you get to walk through it. Unfortunately you are in line longer than you are even in the display. They did have some ice slides that were pretty cool too, in theory anyway! :) Madison had a blast, but it was Cold!
